CSEET 2024: Eligibility, Registration, Fees, Application

ICSI offers the CSEET entrance exam in January, May, July, and November of each year. In accordance with the eligibility rules, the candidate cannot sit for the CSEET 2024 exam unless they have passed the 10+2 exam. The second part of the CS program, the CS Executive course, is open to candidates who pass the CSEET exam. The CSEET has replaced the CS Foundation course.

CSEET 2024 Qualifying Marks

In order to pass the CSEET 2024, a candidate must receive at least 40% in each paper and 50% overall.

Candidates like these who do well on the CSEET 2024 exam can apply to register for the CS Executive Program. The nine-month-long CS executive program is delivered via correspondence or distant learning.  There will be limited locations where applicants can attend the Institute’s organized classroom instruction; there will be an additional cost associated with this option.

Registration for the CSEET will open in January 2024 according to ICSI. Until December 15, 2023, candidates can register for the CSEET January 2024 session. 

Registrations for CSEET are released four times a year. Candidates must register, fill out the application, upload supporting documentation, and pay the application cost in order to complete the CSEET 2024. This is the list of files that must be uploaded with the application form. This section also contains the instructions for registering and completing the CSEET application form 2024.

How to Fill CSEET 2024 Application Form?

Step 1: Sign up: Select the previously provided URL.

Step 2: Choose your preferred exam center from the list and provide your basic personal and address information. Send it in and take note of the distinct registration ID that appears.

Step 3: A screen displaying the fee payable appears. Proceed to the next step and save if the amount is accurate.

Step 4: Upload and submit the necessary documents, as listed above.

Step 5: Examine the application in advance. Verify the application form and make sure all the facts are right.

Step 6: Decide on a payment method and settle the costs. Keep a record of the transaction ID for further use.

The CSEET 2024 is confirmed and notified via email or SMS on the registered email address or mobile number upon successful payment. An exam schedule for CSEET is distributed via SMS or email.

CSEET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

ICSI has released the CSEET 2024 eligibility criteria on its official website. Candidates must meet the qualifying conditions in order to take the exam. A candidate must fulfill the following conditions in order to be qualified for CSEET in 2024:

Candidate appearing in Senior Secondary examination (10+2 exam) or equivalent examination

Candidate who has passed the Senior secondary examination (10+2 exam) or equivalent examination

Note: It is now mandatory for graduates and postgraduates who were able to enroll straight in the CS Executive program to pass the CSEET 2024.

Students can only be exempt from CSEET 2024 under the following categories:

candidates who passed the CS Foundation exam and were spared from paying an additional cost

Candidates who completed the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’s CA Final exam are required to pay an exemption fee of Rs 5,000 upon registering as CS Executives.

Candidates who have passed the CMA Final exam (The Institute of Company Secretaries of India) are required to pay an exemption fee of Rs 5000 when they register for CS Executive.
