CTET Application Form 2023

CTET Eligibility Criteria 2023

CTET 2023 Eligibility Criteria For Classes I-V (Primary Stage):

  • Passed the 12th grade with a 50% grade point average and the two-year teaching diploma as well. 
  • 12th grade completed with 45% and two-year teaching degree completed in accordance with NCTE regulation from 2002. Passed the 12th grade with at least a 50% grade and finished the four-year Bachelor of Teaching (B.EL.ED) program. completed the last year of a two-year diploma in education with at least a passing grade in the twelfth test. 
  • completed their two-year teaching diploma program and cleared their final year of coursework.

CTET 2023 Eligibility Criteria For Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage):

  • Graduated with honors, cleared their final year of a two-year teaching diploma program, or both. completed a Bachelor in Education program (one year in length) with at least a 50% grade point average. completed their undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 45% and successfully completed or are currently enrolled in a 1-year Bachelor of Education program in accordance with the NCTE’s rules and regulations in this regard.
  • Graduated with a minimum GPA of 50% and either completed or is pursuing a B.Ed.
  • Completed a bachelor’s degree in teaching over four years, passing the last year with a grade of 50%.
  • Completed the 12th grade with a 50% grade point average and completed the final year of a 4-year program leading to a B.Sc., B.A., or B.Sc.Ed, B.A.Ed.

CTET Application Fees

UR and OBC applicants must pay Rs. 1000 if they are only applying for Papers 1 or 2. If applying for both Papers 1 and 2, the fee for applicants from the UR and OBC is Rs. 1200. If applying for any SC/ST/differently abled individual, the fee is Rs. 500. For SC/ST/people with different abilities, the application fee for each paper is Rs. 600.

CTET Admit Card 2023

The E-admit card can be downloaded by candidates by going to the CTET’s official website.
