How to Register at IFMS Punjab for Challan Payment?

If you’d want to create a profile on the portal. then take all of the following actions:

  • First, you go to their official website Click here
  • On the home page, click on E-receipt Tab.
  • After clicking the login page you got appeared“registration user” just below the login option and then click it.
  • After clicking the “registration user” button Registration Form will open on your screen.
  • Under the registration form, you must fill in all the necessary details such as first name, Last name, DOB, Email, address, Pan no., Mobile no, and captcha code.
  • After filling in all the details, now you submit this registration form.
  • Now after submission, you got an OTP on your Mobile number and enter OTP.
  • Now you are successfully registered on the portal.

How to Login IFMS Punjab?

  • Then when you enter the login page, In the login page you enter your username and password and Fill in the Captcha code.

How To Pay Challan on IFMS?

In order to pay challan on IFMS you need to follow these steps, given below:

  • Visit
  • After opening the home page, you see the option of the Receipt tab.
  • Click on the Receipt tab.
  • Now, In order to enter the portal you fill their login detail in the login page on the portal.
  • After Filling in your login detail you are going the dashboard section.
  • After this, you need to create a profile and fill required details such as Department, Sub Department, etc.
  • Then you need to fill in challan details such as the Required Nature of Payment, year, Period, Amount, etc.
  • Then, select your payment method like cheque, card, or DD.
  • Click On Submit Button.
  • After submitting now payment page appear on your screen, check all details and Click on Confirm Button, and the challan has been generated.
  • Now you can download the Challan.

How To Verify Challan @ifms punjab gov in?

First, visit the official website.

You can choose the Receipt tab from the homepage.

Then, Click the Verify Challan link that appears on the homage.

Enter your GRN number now without the first 0s. then enter the Captcha Code.

On the Submit button, click.

Details of the payment challan will now be shown.

Forgot GRN Number

  • In order to get your Forgot GRN Number first, visit the official website.
  • When you enter your homepage, you get an option for the Receipt tab, Click it
  • On the next page, Click on Forgot GRN
  • Now Select your GRN (by Dept. Ref No, By Bank Ref NO, By Bank Cin, By Email ID, Date and Amount, By Mobile No, Date and Amount) and fill in the captcha code.
  • Click on Submit Button.
  • Now GRNS will be sent to your Mobile Number
